Who am I ?
My name is Luisa Turnip, I am graduated from law faculty Universitas Terbuka Indonesia, with Bachelor Law Degree. Along with a number of lawyers, I work at Sigma Law Firm in Jakarta, mainly handle corporate matters to provide legal advice that helps entrepreneurs, business owners particularly investors make sense of a highly complex business environment in Indonesia's legal landscape and guide clients with strategic and practical solution for their corporate activities, from establishing company, merger & acquisition, capital raising to dissolution both to newly operated businesses to multi-million dollar companies with absolute doable advice and successfully prevent and overcome challenges.
